Toby Young is the author of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People (2001) and The Sound of No Hands Clapping (2006). He also blogs for the Daily Telegraph and the Spectator. In addition to being a freelance journalist Toby is now leading the efforts of a parent group in West London to set up a state secondary school. He will be talking about his experience of masterminding this enterprise.
