Johnny became a councillor for Holland in 2018. He was appointed the Council's Lead Member for Planning and Transport in May 2019 and now serves as Lead Member for Planning, Place and The Environment, as well as Chief Whip for the Conservative Group. Johnny is a life-time resident of one of Chelsea's housing association estates, and in his professional life he has experience in Journalism and Education.

We oppose Wetherby School's plans to use a coach bay on Holland Road to drop off and pick up pupils, which may bring noise and congestion to the area.We call on -- Hammersmith and Fulham Council to refuse to sign off the School's Travel Plan until there is an approach residents in RBKC and LBHF
