Kensington, Bayswater, Chelsea & Fulham Conservatives
Palace & Hurlingham Branch warmly invite you to:
An evening with Shadow Secretary of State for Justice and Shadow Lord Chancellor , Nicholas Timothy MP
Nick Timothy is the Conservative Party Shadow Justice Secretary and the Conservative Member of Parliament for West Suffolk, first elected in 2019. Nick has led the way in revealing the failure of West Midlands Police Chief over the Maccabi football ban, and in opposing Labour's sinister Islamophobia definition. He is a leading Conservative thinker and strategist, best known for his role as Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Theresa May from 2016 to 2017, where he played a central part in shaping the Government’s domestic policy agenda.
Before entering Parliament, Nick built a career spanning politics, policy, and journalism. He has worked as a political adviser, columnist, and commentator, and was closely involved in developing ideas around social justice, economic reform, and the renewal of public services. He is also the author of Remaking One Nation, a widely discussed book setting out a vision for a more responsible, interventionist Conservatism.
In Parliament, Nick is a thoughtful and independent voice, contributing to debates on economic policy, energy, and the future direction of the Conservative Party. He brings sharp insight, intellectual rigour, and a willingness to challenge orthodoxies—making him a compelling and engaging speaker.
