We, the undersigned, are concerned that Silvertime Casino want to open a 24/7 casino on Notting Hill Gate, in the old NatWest Bank premises (46 Notting Hill Gate).
We ask the Council – via it’s Licencing and Planning Committees - to refuse permission for a site that operates 24 hours a day and is likely to breach the Council’s licensing objectives, with the possibility of crime and public nuisance and harm to those vulnerable to gambling arising from its opening. We also think the planning committee should consider that the Local Plan does not make provision for additional 24/7 premises in Notting Hill Gate nor that this change in use is appropriate.
