Cllr Amanda Lloyd-Harris

Amanda was re-elected as a Palace and Hurlingham ward Councillor in May 2022 and is the Group’s spokesperson for Health & Adult Social Care. As an Australian, she brings that passion and enthusiasm to the various local community activities she’s been engaged in: H&F Mind, Mencap, AgeUk , Friends of Bishops Park, and Neighbourhood Police Panel and is currently a Trustee of Lygon Almshouse and a Welcomer at All Saints Church. Amanda has championed many causes across the borough, such as improving facilities in Hurlingham and Bishops Parks, and ensuring that residents benefit from improvements in our housing estates and sheltered accommodation.

Cllr Aliya Afzal-Khan

Aliya has lived in Parsons Green with her husband and two sons for the last 7 years and in London for over 15 years. She runs her own educational software and App development company. Aliya is a STEM Academic Mentor for Secondary schools, currently helping students at the Hurlingham Academy. She is actively involved in many local organisations including the H&F Volunteer Centre, the Society of Fulham Artists and Potters, and the Fulham Palace Trust. Aliya is passionate about our local parks and fixing broken/uneven pavements. She is an advocate for step-free access at Putney Bridge station. She wants residents to be able to enjoy our Borough safely and her priorities include cracking down on crime and anti-social behaviour; dealing with fly-tipping and graffiti; and improving air quality and traffic congestion.

Jeremy Maddocks
Jeremy will be the candidate, alongside Cllr Lloyd-Harris and Cllr Afzal-Khan, in the elections next May 2026

Jeremy has lived in Fulham for over 30 years.  He has three children who attended local schools including All Saints Primary and Lady Margaret of which he was a Governor.  Jeremy Maddocks attended All Saints Church where he organised the winter BBQ’s; he is a Cyber Security manager who enjoys running extreme multi-stage ultra marathons and can often be seen at Fulham Palace Park run or training with his dogs along the riverbank.  He is passionate about the local area and community and wants to see healthy parks, easier transport, low crime and better value.
