Cllr. Elizabeth Campbell

Cllr. Campbell

Elizabeth Campbell has lived in Royal Hospital for more than 25 years. She has been a Councillor since 2006 and was elected Leader of the Council in June 2017. Before being elected Leader, Elizabeth was Chair of Governors of Chelsea Academy until 2017 and served on its Board for eight years. At the same time, she was the Cabinet Member for Family and Children’s Services. Elizabeth is married with four adult children.

Cem was elected for Royal Hospital ward in 2018. He has served as Lead Member for the Environment and more recently as Lead Member for Adult Social Care and Health. He has been a resident of Chelsea his entire life, working within the insurance and property sectors, in both the UK and Turkey. His Turkish roots come from his father and he enjoys visiting Bodrum when possible. He is a keen advocate for electric vehicles.

Cllr Will

Emma has been a Councillor in Royal Hospital Ward since 2010. During that time she has served as Lead Member for Education and Libraries and also Lead Member for Family and Children Services. She is currently the Lead Member for Culture, Leisure and Community Safety. She is a school governor at Kensington Aldridge Academy and serves on the boards of both the Chelsea Physic Garden and the Exhibition Road Cultural Group. She has lived with her family in Chelsea for over 20 years.
